The ones dealing with Pörner Group on a daily basis know that they are well positioned in the market. But now the general public is getting aware of it: the Pörner Group has been awarded with the “Austrian Leading Companies Certificate” in May 2011. Pörner ranks thereby amongst the most important companies in Austria.
The main goal of this initiative within the framework of the Viennese Chamber of Commerce is to reinforce the significance of local companies in the public eye by promoting outstanding firms and assist them with additional marketing and networking-platforms.
Characteristics of “Leading Company” are a particular Know-how, long-term value creation, sense of responsibility and sustainability. “The innovation of the Leading Companies is the basis for a successful export economy, which has already defined Austria as one of the world market leaders in many areas”, said the president of the Chamber of Commerce KommR Brigitte Jank at this opportunity.
“With experience, condition and confidence does the Austrian business elite not only stand as worthy a European champion, but as a joint favorite for the World Cup”, opined Heinz Hoffer, managing director of „Leading Companies”.
