By participating at the 5th AMEA Bitumen Conference in Dubai, Pörner continues the tradition of presenting the company’s know how to an expert audience in order to solve present or upcoming issues. The world’s leading bitumen companies came together on January 15th and 16th, 2020, to discuss the topic “Connecting the dots of a developing global bitumen market”.
Technology expert Vincent Frate represented Pörner as one of eleven speakers specialized in bitumen. The purpose of the conference was to face topics such as IMO 2020, the situation in the Middle East regarding bitumen prices and options for environmental friendly bitumen production. “The importance of proper bitumen characterization and quality control has been underlined during the presentations and discussions”, is Vincent Frate’s conclusion of the conference.
