Back in autumn 2014 Pörner opened a representative office in Moscow. With the transformation to OOO "Pörner Group Russia" the branch is now legally authorized to enter into contracts and independently manage projects in Russia.

The services offered by the Russian Pörner office include: project development with Pörner technologies or projects that partner with international technology providers, revamps for complete modernization of existing plants or the construction of a complete new process plant - all engineering services are offered on site in Moscow.

Combined strength for our customers

Under OOO "Pörner Group Russia" the CIS activities of all Pörner companies (Pörner Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Vienna / Austria and Grimma / Germany; EDL Anlagenbau Gesellschaft mbH Leipzig / Germany; Gazintek Kiev / Ukraine and EES Severodonesk / Ukraine) will be combined with its extensive technology portfolio and range of services in one office. With this direct communication with our Russian customers, the handling of CIS projects can be done very efficiently.

For projects, a highly qualified Russian-speaking team is now available, which offers five advantages:

• it handles projects locally
• it has the relevant expertise and offers all services out of one hand
• it is equipped with the most modern planning tools
• it is familiar with the Russian regulations and standards, and is experienced in cooperating with local subcontractors for 30 years.

30 years of experience in Russia and CIS

For three decades, the Pörner Group has realized projects in Russia and the CIS successfully. Recently the Norilsk Nickel project (planning of a desulfurization plant), one of the largest projects in the company's history was completed. The Biturox® bitumen plant, delivered to NZNP in 2014, also fits in the category of superlatives. The plant in Novoshakhtinsk is the largest Biturox® plant for the production of quality bitumen for road construction, ever built. Another large project was the planning of two hydro-desulfurization plants for diesel and kerosene in the Republic of Tatarstan, in 2015. Furthermore, from our formalin and derivatives technology family, a mega-formaldehyde plant, a hexamine plant and a novolak plant have been planned, delivered and put into operation successfully in previous years.
