On 26th June 2007 Pörner celebrated its official opening ceremony of its new subsidiary in Romania. More than 60 business partners found the way to the office in Ploeisti and enjoyed to sunshine and delicious buffet an unforgettable evening with classical music and dance.

With business partners from Romania, Germany, Switzerland and Austria, to name only a few, glasses were clicked to a future co-operation and success.

Romanians General Manager, Michael Volkmann, made a speech to honor the "First Birthday" of the youngest member of the Pörner family. He underlined that a celebration like this also reflects the high-class work of all employees during the last months. He expressed his thanks to all participants who had a share in making this evening a wonderful event. The thunderstorm at midnight came like an ordered firework. It let drop comfortingly the tremendous temperatures - and increased the party´s high spirits even more!
