Poerner Kyiv LLC (former Gazintek) is a 100% subsidiary of Pörner Group since 2006. The company with its 30 specialists has gained 30 years of experience in plant engineering.

The company focuses mainly on providing services in the state-of-the-art detailed engineering of the facilities in the oil and gas sectors such as:

• gas treatment and air separation facilities,
• compressor stations,
• pumping stations,
• above-ground installation for underground storage facilities,
• liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving terminals,
• cargo piping system (LNG and NG) on LNG carriers (deck and CCR) including the on-board reliquefaction unit,
• gas filtering, pressure reduction and metering stations, pig launcher and receiving stations

The sound expertise of its engineers enables Pörner Kyiv to render detailed engineering services for types of installations both onshore, on offshore platforms, on carriers, classical installations or skid-mounted units.

In this framework, Pörner Kyiv designs industrial water treatment plants and produces water treatment plants on the oil fields, city-heating systems, elaborate detailed design of structures and supports in very special environment on a case-by-case basis.

Originally, the company was founded as a Joint Venture Company in 1991 by three engineering businesses:

• the French Company SOFREGAZ
• the Ukrainian Design Institute UKRGAZPROEKT and
• a Russian Institute.

The objective of the partners was to combine their expertise gained in the projects performed in France, the former SU and worldwide for applying their joint expertise in one company.

In September 2021, the company formerly known as JSC Gazintek was rebranded under the name of Pörner Kyiv. The Ukrainian location with its 30 employees is under the management of Oleksandr Baranchuk since 2020.
